A published figure is only useful to someone the treatment actually suits. Directors here turn people away regularly, and it is worth knowing the grounds before you plan a trip around a number on a screen. Pregnancy and breastfeeding put every listed service on hold. An uncontrolled medical condition, an active infection at a proposed treatment site, or a current course of medication that interacts with what is planned means the appointment is postponed until the picture changes.
There are aesthetic grounds too. Someone asking for fat extraction whose real problem is loose skin with very little fat underneath will be told that the extraction line on this card is the wrong purchase, and offered a tightening plan or nothing. Someone hoping a contouring procedure will substitute for weight loss is told the same. A jaw whose width is bony in origin will not respond to muscle treatment, and a director says so at the examination before any quote is written. When the answer is no, the consultation still costs nothing.
A single line on this card rarely equals a single visit, and the relationship differs by family. Fat extraction is the one place where one line usually does mean one visit for that area, because the fat cells are physically removed on the day and the extracted volume does not return to that spot. Lifting is a course you repeat when the effect fades, typically after several months to a year. Toxin is temporary by design, so it is a repeating appointment. Skin boosters build across a short series of sessions, one visit at a time.
This is why the count matters more than the headline figure. Two patients reading the same line can leave with very different totals because one needs two palm-sized areas and the other needs six, or because one face needs a modest shot count and another needs the fullest. The first is the surcharge structure, and it is short. Sedation is optional at every listed procedure and carries a separate fee; the standard here is local anaesthesia with the patient awake and able to talk with the team. Treatment where BMI is thirty or above is assessed individually and carries a surcharge. Both are named in writing at the consultation, before you agree to anything.
The second is risk, and no table can carry it. Fat extraction brings bruising, swelling, tenderness, surface irregularity, firm nodules, skin laxity, temporary changes in sensation, infection at the entry point and asymmetry between sides. Botulinum toxin can spread into a neighbouring muscle and produce a heavy eyelid, a dropped brow or an uneven smile, and jawline patients can find tougher food harder work for a period. Hyaluronic acid filler carries the possibility of vascular occlusion, the complication that matters most on that list, alongside bruising and swelling. Most listed treatments release you the same day. Toxin, filler and skin boosters put people back on the street within the hour, with the usual advice about heat, alcohol and pressure on the treated area. All three extraction options are priced by treated area. One area is roughly the size of your palm, treating both sides of the body counts as two areas, and there is no cap on how much is removed from a single area — the director takes what the contour needs. A few things the clinic performs are deliberately absent from the published card because the plan varies too much to publish a single line. V-Tight, the under-chin treatment where ultrasound melts the fat before it is drawn out, is quoted after a director has examined the area. The calf programme, which alternates muscle, fat and oedema work across a multi-week course, is quoted as a course.
